This is a phased remodel project with phase one being a bathroom addition. It started with cuts in the adjoining bathroom and in the concrete where the addition would be built to tie in plumbing. The plumbing (and electrical) rough-in work involved in additions is what makes them so costly. Yet a bathroom addition brings instant value to any home! After passing all the inspections, we then dressed the frame of the new bathroom addition with drywall and paint, and installed a window. The nicest part of a bathroom addition is that everything is new – the flooring, the lighting, the vanity, the hardware, the shower – everything! What could be better than that!
